Tasting Notes

Dark ruby-red in colour, with aromas of coconut, vanilla, chocolate & Raspberry. A medium-bodied wine with concentrated warm, ripe red fruit flavours of raspberry, strawberry & plum. Well-balanced with round tannins and a soft finish.

Food Pairing

Pair with well spiced, grilled red meats or sautéed vegetarian dishes. Tapas and thick tomato sauces are well matched to this wine.
