Tasting Notes

Arros is a reserve blend of Shiraz & Cabernet Sauvignon. This flagship wine of York Winery is composed of the best barrels from the best vintages making its production very limited to less than 10,000 bottles. The nose shows jammy, sweet vanilla & christmas cake characters with hints of nutmeg, cloves, blackcurrant & coffee. 12-15 months of ageing in French & American Oak barrels lends this wine good structure and finesse that is coupled with a smooth mouthfeel.
